Ann Ulibarri Healing Fund

Meet Pastors Steve and Ann Ulibarri from NewSoul Church in Albuquerque, NM. They have been teaching children, counseling married couples in crisis, performing weddings, officiating funerals, and serving people in the most difficult moments of their lives for over 40 years. About 5 years ago, Ann was diagnosed with cancer (Multiple Myeloma). She had been suffering from constant pain and weakness for years before. At the time, doctors told her she could expect between 3 to 5 years to live.


Ann wanted to live. She loves serving people, has three children, and seven grandchildren (with one more arriving in November). She and Steve immediately began an aggressive treatment plan that included intense chemotherapy and bone marrow transplants. As of October 2017, Ann has just completed her second round of stem cell transplants. She was also part of an intense stem cell clinical trial earlier with the National Institues for Health in Baltimore, MD earileir in the year.

While still pastoring a growing church, Steve has devoted his time and energy to walking with his wife in and out of ERs, hospital rooms, and doctor’s offices. Their arduous cancer journey has taken them to Seattle, Baltimore, and Houston.


As you can imagine, over the past 5 years, Pastor Steve and Ann have accumulated tens of thousands of dollars in medical bills. Remarkably, they were also in Houston undergoing another transplant when Hurricane Harvey hit. While there, their car was flooded with water and had to be totaled. Insurance paid off their other car loan but they lost their down payment and had to purchase another car.


Pastor Steve and Ann have spent their lives investing in others - people that the rest of the world has ignored or rejected. Today, they are the ones in need of help. They cannot overcome this financial hardship on their own and time is of the essence.  Three of their medical bills are in collections and need help NOW! They need help by December 31st or will face financial default.
