Aniya Garrett (4yrs old) was tragically taken from her family too early in life. Although we are currently greiving we terribly need to accept donations to help offset costs of funeral arrangments.
While the average funeral costs nearly $7,500, many traditional funerals cost in excess of $10,000. We would like to make sure she is honored and remembered more than we would otherwise be able to provide.
casket: $2,300, funeral director’s basic services fee: $1,400
embalming and body preparation: $600, viewing / visitation ceremony: $400
funeral ceremony: $450, transportation (pick up body, limousine, and hearse): $625
miscellaneous (certificates, permits, music, clergy, obituary, register book, service folders, obituary, flowers): $500, grave site $1,000, fee to dig grave site $500, headstone $1,500
This campaign has been created by the immediate family (Cleveland OH) of Aniya Garrett.
Excess Funds will be donated to The Justice For Aniya Foundation. This foundation wass built as a catalyst to encourage stricter policies for Child Protective Services. We have to persue this through legal services and consultation. We also have to campaign and rally against the wrongful death of so many young lives. We Thank everyone for the donations and well wishes.
