Prakit Kueakomoldej Family Fund
Donation protected
Prakit Kueakomoldej, a husband, father, and friend to many suddenly had a heart attack and later tragically passed away on June 3, 2014 at a hospital near his home in Bangkok, Thailand. He leaves behind his wife, Lek, and three children: Meng (23), Mint (22) and Moss (16).
Prakit was utterly devoted to his family and was the only breadwinner in the home. Lek stays home to take care of Meng who is disabled. Mint just graduated from Messiah College two weeks prior to her father’s death and is now the only breadwinner for her family. Moss has two years of high school left and dreams of coming to the USA to pursue his college degree.
In Thailand, there is a tradition of the “red envelope” that extended family and friends place money in and pass it to the family at the time of the funeral service. It is in the spirit of this tradition that this fund has been established for friends in the USA to assist this dear family. All donations will help with on-going expenses for the family, such as the school fees for Moss to continue to finish high school, and other essential needs.
Thank you for any assistance that you can provide to help ease their financial burden. Your compassion and support means so much to Mint, her mom and her brothers. Please continue to pray for each one of them.
