Hi there, my name is Nikki and I've started this fundraiser to help my cousin who is fighting cancer.
At the young age of 40, my cousin Angie has been diagnosed with an aggressive cancer called Leiomyosarcoma. The treatment recommended for her is radiation and chemotherapy.
If you have ever met her, then you are immediately attracted to her bright, happy, and outgoing energy. Her positive attitude towards life's twists and turns, and her generosity towards all people is truly admirable. Not only is she an all around good person, but she also served in the military as a young adult.
She later started her own business and thrived as an entrepreneur for quite a few years. Most recently she became part of the small percentage of union carpenter women, and has been a mentor for young women who have wanted to join the trades.
If you would consider a donation during this hard time, it would be more appreciated than you know. We are hoping to raise her enough money to feel comfortable staying in her current home and not having to face the challenge of selling / relocating. All profits will go to her and her immediate family.
