Angela's Care/Funeral Expenses

My name is Armond. I've been married to my wife, Angela for 13 years. We have a beautiful 13 y/o daughter together, Mia. About 6 years ago Angela started having troubles with her memory. After several appointments, the doctors wrote it off as anxiety. 2 years ago Angela's condition went severely downhill. Many CAT scans & MRI's later, she was diagnosed with PPA (primary progressive Alzheimer's) -a rare form of Alzheimer's causing diminishes effecting simple skills such as reading, writing, speaking, even down to feeding herself. The doctors gave Angela a life expectancy of just 10-14 years. However, after her condition worsened, at her last neurology visit Mia & I were informed that she now has a life expectancy of 6 months-1 year to live. Angela's insurance covers nursing homes, however the homes will not accept Angela due to her PPA & the behavioral issues that come along with it. Angela requires 24 hour care. With a very heavy heart, Mia and I are praying and hoping we can grant Angela's wishes of spending her last months in the comfort of her own home, with her family. In order to make this happen, she would need 24hr care in our home & unfortunately we do not have the funds. We've tried to do everything on our own but still have yet to succeed, so we are reaching out as our last resort. Please, please, please help my wife and Mia's mother, fulfill her last wish in life.
