Angela Galestro's Health and Well-Being

Donation protected
It is not easy to express just how hard the last few years have been.

Angela is scheduled to have major surgery at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio to remove a large, abnormal congenital bone growth from her lower spine that has been causing excruciating pain for over 2 years. After reading the radiology reports, she self-diagnosed herself with Bertolotti’s Syndrome Type IIc.

This all occurred immediately after surviving a traumatic lung puncture caused by a doctors error that left her hospitalized with a chest tube--as a professional flutist, no less.

In addition, Angela's father unexpectedly passed away yesterday (February 8, 2021). She is in so much despair it is hard to witness.

For me to be there for her as much as possible, I need time away from work. Even with my freelance work, I will not be able to cover all the medical expenses necessary for a successful surgery. Fortunately, Angela's mother will help as much as she can, but she's doing so by working again after retiring twice.

I'd like to be with Angela as much as possible while she grieves, recovers, and heals. But, I can't do it alone and I need your help.

Thank you all for your support. We will keep you updated with our progress.

With love,

Jonathan
