Angel Babe Frankie❤️

Asking for help from all my dog lovers out there! I wanted to help my friends with their new puppy Frank and as cliche and lame as a go fund me may be-here I am! Frankie was a blessing in disguise to Mat and Jen. They unexpectedly adopted a pup-Winnie, unknowingly she was pregnant with 3 babies, one of which was Frankie. He now has multiple problems and needs surgery related to his airway-the cost is $3500 plus continuous hospital visits. Insurance isn’t an option because it was a pre-exsisting condition.
