Throughout life you’ll encounter many people who affect you in different ways. Some will cheer you up just with their smile and charisma. Some will push you to be better just by seeing the effort and passion they demonstrate on a day to day basis. Some will have your abs hurting from uncontrollable laughter. Some will advise you to always do the right thing. Some will show you the true definition of perseverance and inspire you with a fire no one can put out. Some will show you that memories are more important than any amount of money. Some will show you compassion and have you passing it forward to other without realizing it because they demonstrated it everyday. Some will show you how to be a great loving parent. Some will show that the most important thing in life is loving those dear to you not only on birthdays and holidays but every single day because life can be overwhelming and even Batman needs a Robin.

Angel showed us all these emotions and morals every single day. So today I ask of you to remember and practice all of this throughout your day today and every day you get to see the sunset. Angel would want nothing more because he was everyone’s biggest supporter/motivator. And most importantly if you can be someone’s Robin today please do so

Update: 9/24/23

After speaking with the marines, they have moved forward with paying for his funeral. This go fund me money will now be used as a trust fund for his one month old child, Legend Acosta and Angel’s family with any additional funeral expenses they may need. So we ask for anything you can help with, every penny and share of this post counts, thank you, sincerely his loved ones.
