Andy Rogers Recovery

Andy Rogers was in a motorcycle accident on October 28th, forced off the road by a car that never even bothered to stop. He suffered extensive injuries to his spine and brain along with the lesser injuries of a broken nose and road rash, and was med-evaced via helicopter due to his injuries.  He remains in a coma at the Fairfax Hospital Trauma Intensive Care Unit. In the 2 weeks that Andy has been there, he has had several ups and downs, and is to this day fighting as hard as anyone we've ever seen. This is the kind of thing some people don't recover from. This is the kind of thing that when people do recover, it takes months, even years.


For those of you who have never met Andy, let me tell you a little about him. He is a husband, father, father-in-law, brother, and uncle. He is a Believer. He is a biker . He is a friend to all. He is Santa. He has gone above and beyond to help others in his life without ever asking what is in it for him. He has kept his fellow bikers safe, sharing his wisdom and years of riding experience with us. Today we have the opportunity to give a little something back, to show that we care as deeply for Andy as he has for his fellow man.


Now is our chance to help Kim, Taylor, Blake, and Eddy.  Kim needs to be able to focus on Andy's recovery, not the bills that are starting to come in. With an unknown recovery period that could be rather lengthy, Kim should not have to stress about finances. Now is the time we can do something to help Kim, and to keep Andy moving on the road of recovery. Any donation at all is that much closer to keeping Andy in the best care available, and letting Kim focus on Andy, not Andy's medical bills.
