Andy Continues to Battle Cancer

Andy Ramos, a young cop from Vieques, has been battling lung cancer for 2 years, bouncing back and forth between his island home and NYC for treatment. Despite  ongoing treatment, the cancer spread to his brain, and last week he was operated on to remove the largest tumor in his head.

He'll have to be in NYC for treatment on the remaining brain tumors for an extended period, and his kids are with him, staying with family. His wife Angie is up there now, but won't be able to stay because she'll have to return to work soon. 

Medical bills, travel, and real life expenses are adding up, and we hope to raise some money so that Andy can focus on getting better, and his wife doesn't have to worry about missing work.

All contributions go straight to Andy for use in helping to keep things afloat until he can return to duty.

We know many of his friends and family contributed to our last efforts, and we appreciate it. If you can give again, it will be put to good use. Prayers are requested from everybody!
