Andrew and Alyssa's Love Nest

Andrew and Alyssa will be starting their life together on October 27. When we think of starting married life, the honeymoon is automatically linked. But for them, life will be a little twisty from the start!

Andrew is scheduled to spend a year in Kuwait starting on November 10. Unfortunately, this is an unaccompanied assignment. In other words, Alyssa will not be able to go with him. The process of leaving one Army base and heading to another requires a lot of time and paperwork, and they are not sure Andrew will be done and able to take leave for a honeymoon.

Both Andrew and Alyssa have been blessed to be able to live with families, and Alyssa will plan to stay where she is while Andrew is gone. BUT, there are about two weeks before he leaves.

Can you help fund a love nest for them for those two weeks? A place (airbnb, vrbo, or Home Away) that they can call home during that time. Both of them will be working during the day, but hopefully they can have a place to spend their evenings and weekends together during those first weeks of marriage.

With the wedding only a little more than two weeks away, the goal would be to raise enough money that they could, at the very least, have one week paid for before then.

This opportunity would bless them so much! The engagement and wedding planning have been a whirlwind endeavor, and it will be a great for them to have this space and time before he has to leave.
