Michael worked 7 days a week in order to provide a good life for his family. It was his goal to give his children all of the things he did not have, the most important being a good education.
Andrea, the oldest of his daughters, is 15 years old and is extremely dedicated to her education. She is taking advanced placement classes in high school to receive college credit and has a GPA of 4.85. Andi has the ability to listen, absorb, and use what she has learned. She stays focused even when things get difficult and manages to keep herself on task. Andi is her father’s biggest support. He relied on her because he knew that if Andi was around things would get taken care of.
Alex, the baby of the family, Binky as he liked to call her, is 12 years old and in 7th grade. She was her father’s shadow and is very resilient, courageous, and kind. Alex has always stepped up when new challenges arise and is the first to give something new a try. From band, to dance, to basketball, Alex has a desire to learn and is always open to trying new things.
On Thursday October 5th, at 2:50am the girls lost their father, but they take solace in knowing that he is in heaven with his mom and dad. We will always remember his special smile, caring heart, and how hard he worked to give his girls a better life. The goal of this page is to help Michael keep his promise to his daughters and raise funds for both of them to go to college and have the education he always wanted them to have.
