Ana M Rodriguez Clavicle Fracture Surgery
Donation protected
On Saturday Oct. 3, 2020 what started as a birthday celebration with family at Hwy 90 in Crosby TX. ended short with a tragic freak accident that my mother suffered while riding a four wheeler with my brother. As they were riding down a trail at 3 mph they fell into a 3 ft. sinking hole. When they tried helping her out of the mud that’s when they realized she had a severe injury. She was in terrible pain and they had to call 911. She was rushed to the hospital because paramedics said she had a broken collarbone. As her x-rays came in it was confirmed that she has a displaced left clavicle fracture. Surgery is needed to realign the collarbone and it’s crucial that she has surgery as soon as possible. The jagged ends of a broken collarbone may injure nearby nerves and blood vessels. Otherwise if left untreated it can turn out to be more painful, dangerous and more expensive as it is. My mother has no health insurance or any type of health care program that can help pay for this surgery. I’m creating this account to try alleviate some stress from both my parents since my Dad had been unemployed and just last week he started back at another job. Any amount of donation can help put us closer to the amount she needs for surgery. If we are able to come up with the funds she can have surgery Friday Oct. 9 2020. Thank you for supporting us during this difficult time!
