Amy Then's Recovery Fund

Dear Friends and Family,
As many of you know, or are just finding out, Amy was involved in a serious motorcycle accident on the evening of May 4th when she hit a deer that darted directly in front of her. She was thrown from her motorcycle. A young woman found Amy on the road and was able to call for help.
Amy was transported to the hospital and suffered significant injuries, including a concussion, fractured skull, a large laceration across her face which required plastic surgery, rib trauma, and a broken thumb, among other injuries.
At this time, she is home and healing, but she may require future surgeries. She recently started a new job and will not have medical insurance until the end of June, so her medical bills will be significant (first responders, ambulance, hospital, doctors, follow-up medical appointments, possible future surgeries). It is unclear when she will be able to return to work, so replacing her income for both her housing and medical needs are worries we’d like to help alleviate.
Please consider helping to support Amy throughout her recovery with a donation. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
