Goby the Fish bins for Placencia Village

Monique Vernon is a young woman who was born and raised in Placencia Village Belize, taking action to make a change in her community.  She has created  “Mr. Goby the fish” garbage bin, the only marine animal on earth who loves to eat plastic bottles, for her community and needs help to make four more.   Her initiative to encourage proper litter disposal in a fun and creative way has everyone wanting more, especially the kids of the community. Help us save our reefs from plastic pollution one “Goby” at a time.
