A Miracle for Millie

On April 19, 2017, we received news that our mom was in a terrible car accident. She suffered a traumatic brain injury and a mini-stroke. She had a double craniotomy, and had a trach & a feeding tube placed. We are 42 days into our journey right now and just at the start of rehabilitation. Two days ago my mom took her first steps in 6 weeks! She is having to learn to walk again and is working through memory/fine-motor skill issues. She will need lots of outpatient therapy once she is able to return home. We are asking for help with her current bills, her medical bills that are coming due, and future expenses that are unforeseen at the moment. We anticipate having to pay out-of-pocket for additional therapy sessions this year.
