American Taiwanese Artist facing 5 years for weed

Joseph was stopped by police on his motorcycle with his friends who are tattoo artists that are often stopped and harassed  by the police in Taiwan. The police went through his bag and found a pipe. No marijuana on him, just resin from the pipe. They arrested him then brought him to the station. Went through his phone and found a photo of one single marijuana plant. Went to his home and found a single small immature plant. He is now facing up to 5 years in Taiwanese Prison for possession of a single marijuana plant. Please help him with his legal fees. He is an amazing artist and kind person who absolutely does not deserve to be in jail. Send anything you can and please share with everyone.
