To instill the proper 'Aqeedah in the hearts of Muslims of Alexandria and surrounding communities and to inculcate the understanding of the pure teachings of the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu alahie wasalam) - according to the understanding of his (Sallallahu alahie wasalam) - companions and of those who followed them in excellence."
Current Plan
We currently are building a Mosque and Community Center in Alexandria, Virginia that will accommodate 225 people. Estimated cost for this Mosque is $2.5 million. We need a down payment of $150,000 by May 30th for the design and construction phase.
We need your help to raise the funds to meet the deadline.

Allah says in Sura Al-Baqara, verse 261:
The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like that of a grain which caused to grow seven years and in each year one hundred grains and Allah may increase more than that for whomever He pleases; and Allah is Bountiful, All-knowing.
Abu Huraira Radhiallahu Ta'la reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: If anyone gives as Sadaqa the equivalent of a date from that (earning) earned honestly, for Allah accepts that which is lawful, the Lord would accept it with His Right Hand, and even if it is a date, it would foster in the Hand of the lord, as one of you fosters his colt, till it becomes bigger than a mountain. [Saheeh Muslim, Kitaab al-Zakaat] Guarantee your real estate in Jannah. Guarantee your rewards for this dunya and hereafter!
