Poppy Day is Different this Year!
Annually since 1924, American Legion members distribute poppies with a request that the person receiving the little red flower make a donation to support military veterans, active-duty military personnel and their families with medical and financial needs. Use of these funds is strictly managed for use exclusively in support of veterans.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Mount Prospect Legionnaires will not be able to distribute Poppies. This is our largest annual fundraiser and the need is greater than ever, so we need your help!
