Amelia Therrien Borgus College Fund

This site is dedicated to the loving memory of Amy Therrien Borgus, for the benefit of Amy's daughter, Amelia Therrien Borgus of Hunt, New York. Amy passed away on January 9, 2018 after battling cancer for almost a year. Amy had been a shining light in the Kesequa, New York school system for many years. She was not only a dedicated wife, mother, and teacher: she was an inspiration to all who knew her, giving generously of her time and resources to her students, her community, and to God. She directed the Kesequa Central School Drama Club for many years, and was actively involved in nearly every event at  school. She sang in the Trinity Church choir and personally spearheaded several church missions to help victims of the earthquake in Haiti. She personally changed the lives of countless children and adults for the better during her short time here, and her memory will be cherished for many years to come.  Funds contributed to this site will be used to further the post-secondary education of Amy's daughter Amelia, who was in her first year of college when Amy passed away.
