AMCF// VICTORIAN BUSHFIRE FUNDRAISER
The African Music & Cultural Festival Inc. (AMCF), African Australian communities and friends are raising funds for those affected by the current Victorian Bushfires.
Like all Australians, the thoughts of the AMCF and African Australian Communities are with all of those impacted by the devastating fires burning throughout our beautiful country. Donations, no matter how big or small are crucial and we want to bring our community together with an aim to raise $25,000 for BlazeAid. Every donation counts and to get things started we have donated $2,500. Our thoughts and prayers continue until this horrendous situation ends.

BlazeAid is a volunteer-based organisation that works with families and individuals in rural Australia after natural disasters such as fires and floods. Working alongside the rural families, our volunteers help to rebuild fences and other structures that have been damaged or destroyed.
Equally important, volunteers also help to lift the spirits of people who are often facing their second or third flood event after years of drought, or devastating losses through bushfires. BlazeAid volunteers work in a disaster-affected area for many months, not only helping individuals and families, but also helping rebuild the local communities.
