Amber and Her Children's Journey to Safety and Healing

Our family has now entered the unfortunate world of Domestic Violence. Last week, our daughter Amber fell victim to a domestic assault at the hands of her husband that almost resulted in her death! She suffered multiple injuries, ranging from minor to severe. It is by the grace of God she is recovering well, but with anyone who has fallen victim to Domestic Violence, the scars underneath are the ones that take the most time to heal.

The most disturbing fact of this entire situation is the assault was witnessed by her children! Some saw more than others, but they all heard it, and that can bring enough damage on its own.

Now, Amber faces her toughest test… Starting over with 5 children, ages 2 to 11. Prayers are requested for her and her children, but between the cost of the attorney, all the legal battles that lie ahead, and the much-needed counseling for ALL of them, the family is asking anyone with the means to help with monetary donations. Any amount is helpful.
