Amanda's Heart IV Therapy

Donation protected
On Friday, March 23, 2018 she was rushed to St. Mary's hospital for chest pains and the inability to breathe only three days after giving birth to her precious son, Quinn. She now has been transferred to Baptist Hospital in Little Rock, AR.
She has been diagnosed with severe, stage 4, Primary Pulmonary Hypertension. This is the same heart condition our mother had when she passed away.

Amanda will need permanent IV Therapy with the possibility of a heart and lung transplant in the future as the damage is severe. For now, she is beginning a treatment to allow her to be comfortable and hopefully to be able to regain enough strength and blood flow to walk and regain some normal activity. She will most likely need in home care when she arrives home.

She will be hospitalized for an extended period of time which also means she will be separated from her children, Emery (6), Grayson (3), and Quinn (5 days old). Family and friends have rallied behind the family to help care for the children but any donation to help make this transition easier on them would be such a blessing.

John 16:33 was my mom’s favorite bible verse and it says, “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

Through this, I am standing in faith that this too will be overcame.

Amen.
