ALS wheelchair for Kearn

Kearn Turner was diagnosed with ALS (also known as Lou Gerigs disease) about a year ago. He has lost all use of both arms and is now spreading into his core muscles and legs. He has fallen 9 times this year from the weakness in his legs. Now desperately seeking to be mobile, his insurance companies won't pay for the wheelchair that he needs. This wheelchair is customized and built to fit his needs. Were hoping to get $3500 to cover for the additional equipment needed for this wheelchair. Any little help would be greatly appreciated.
