ALS - Help my Brother to live Life

My brother was diagnosed with the most aggresive type Motorneuron/ALS in 2015.He is only 35 years old.  Extemely intelligent, a brain that is 100% sharp, but trapped in a body that is failing him. He is in a wheelchair and only has about 10% movement left in his right hand. 
He has a feeding tube where he gets his nutrition and medication into his body.  He has two sons one is 15, the other just turned 3.  He has a beautifull wife. He is one of the most intelligent people that i know, and his passion is IT, anything that has to do with computers. With him losing ability over the use of his hands, this has become extremely difficult. Currently he can still use a special mouse to click on a onscreen keyboard but his hand is weakening by the day. Some days he can talk a little other days not, we as a family understands what he says, but others cant understand.  Our need is to get him a communication system, that will help him to still be able to talk to us, his family, show his kids that he loves them. Be able to tell them that he is proud of them, and also to teach them things about life.  Even though he cant talk, it doesnt mean he cant be a part of their lives.  With the Eyetracker system from Tobii,  he can still live,  use his computer, talk to his friends and family. Write his stories, and use social media.  Be in touch with the world by only using his eyes.  Medical expenses is alot for a patient suffering from ALS, and we have just managed to use all our savings money to buy him a electrical chair, for the first time in months he will be able now to move around by the use of a joystick,  and not have to wait for someone to push him.    With the technology from Tobii,  we can change his life, he can live his life with his family. The days that he has left, can be used to make precious memories. Please will u help us make his dream come true, to be able to communicate again properly with his family...
