All Star Health Center

Recently I’ve been very involved with kids dealing with special needs and the challenges they face. I am very impressed with how society has adapted to the needs of others; however, I don’t particularly believe we have gone far enough to void the separation between cognitively aware and unaware individuals. Specifically, I have gotten extremely close with kids with down syndrome and although they have many more opportunities, compared to 10 years ago, I don’t believe it is enough. Something of uttermost importance in my life is exercise and the wellbeing of myself and others. As of right now, there are no exercise classes offered to kids dealing with down syndrome or any delays. My dad and I have decided to change this. We are opening a health center where kids will learn how to obtain a healthy lifestyle.  This includes yoga, dance, cardio, weight training, and nutrition learning opportunities. Starting a nonprofit organization can be a financial challenge. All contributions will go directly towards programs for the kids.
