Alissa will be 20 years old this month. Born and raised in Southwest Louisiana, she is a mother of two babies, ages 18 months and 2 months old. Alissa is a smart, beautiful and deeply compassionate person.
However, circumstances from her childhood affected her by the presentation of depression, anxiety, and emotional struggles. Drugs and unhealthy relationships has become her method of coping with the hurt and pain.
Her beautiful babies are in the safe and loving care of her sister.
Alissa has recently reached out for help and wants a fresh start in life.
We have obtained the opportunity for her to join an excellent private in-patient rehabilitation program with a high success rate. This program deals with healing the body, mind, and spirit. The program requires a minimum 7 month commitment and could last up to 13 months, depending on progress. The upfront cost would be $1,000 and after that $500 per month for 4 more months. After that Alissa would work in the facility to satisfy the remainder. Alissa, has to provide for her personal needs and snacks. Also, the care of her children is a consideration along with the travel expense to bring them for visitation with their mother. We would also like to have a small bit put up for housing when Alissa graduates from the program to give her a good start.
Any amount you are able to donate would be generous in our eyes. We would love to see our beautiful loved one made whole again and caring for her two babies on her own. Thank you and God bless!
