Alicia Mills Fund

On behalf of the team at CSL Plasma - New Hope, MN, we want to take the time and tell the story of our Center Supervisor, Alicia Mills. Alicia Mills is 25 years old and has recently been diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma. 

Alicia discovered a lump on her neck in December 2017. She visited doctors to get the lump checked but it wasn't discovered  until recently her lump was cancer.  She was finally diagnosed once visiting the Emergency Room as she had felt ill with a low grade fever for many weeks. Once a doctor finally performed a biopsy, it was then revealed she had cancer within the Lymphatic system.

As more tests are being completed to determine where the cancer has spread, Alicia will be starting a 6 month course treatment of chemotherapy. Hodgkin's Lymphoma is usually very treatable with treatment, it leaves Alicia will many medical expenses and time away from family, friends and work.
