OUR HISTORY
Alfresco is the first Italian ghost kitchen in the world that will open its pilot project in Washington DC and then expand throughout the United States. We are a startup born with the ambition to make the Earth a better place through the production and distribution of healthy and sustainable Italian recipes.
THE TARGET
We want to improve people's lives by offering them tasty and healthy dishes at any time of the day and wherever they are. We believe in environmental and social sustainability: respect for nature must start from respect for the quality of life of all human beings.
COMMITMENT TO UKRAINE
The humanitarian tragedy that is engulfing Ukraine goes against all the principles and values we intend to promote. For this reason, if we manage to raise the € 100,000 we need to complete our project and build our first ghost kitchen by August 2022, we are committed to donating 25 cents for each dish we sell for our entire first year of business. to a non-profit association that deals with providing support and help to Ukrainian refugees. The association will be chosen with a survey among our donors from one of the following: Unicef, Cesvi, UNHCR, Italian Red Cross, Terre des Hommes, Caritas, Emergency, Doctors without Borders, Soleterre.

LA NOSTRA STORIA
Alfresco è la prima ghost kitchen italiana al mondo che aprirà il proprio progetto pilota a Washington DC per poi espandersi in tutti gli Stati Uniti. Siamo una startup nata con l’ambizione di rendere la Terra un posto migliore tramite la produzione e distribuzione di ricette italiane sane e sostenibili.
L’OBIETTIVO
Vogliamo migliorare la vita delle persone offrendo loro piatti gustosi e salutari in ogni momento della giornata e in qualunque luogo si trovino. Crediamo nella sostenibilità ambientale e in quella sociale: il rispetto per la natura deve partire dal rispetto per la qualità della vita di tutti gli esseri umani.
L’IMPEGNO PER L’UCRAINA
La tragedia umanitaria che sta travolgendo l’Ucraina va contro tutti i principi e i valori che intendiamo promuovere. Per questo, se riusciremo a raccogliere i 100,000 euro che ci servono per portare a termine il nostro progetto e realizzare entro agosto 2022 la nostra prima ghost kitchen, ci impegniamo a donare per tutto il nostro primo anno di attività 25 centesimi per ogni piatto che venderemo a un’associazione non profit che si occupa di fornire sostegno e aiuto ai profughi ucraini. L’associazione sarà scelta con un sondaggio fra i nostri donatori tra una delle seguenti: Unicef, Cesvi, UNHCR, Croce Rossa Italiana, Terre des Hommes, Caritas, Emergency, Medici senza Frontiere, Soleterre.
