Alfredo Valdivia's Eye Cataract Surgery

My dad, Alfredo Valdivia, of 60 years old has been a hardworking man his whole life. He was diagnosed with diabetes 15 years ago and has been struggling with his health since. Four years ago, his kidneys gave up completely and had to immediately start on dialysis. Due to this, he lost his job and is unable to continue working.
About two years ago, he started loosing his eyesight due to cataracts and is now almost completely blind. Due to his poor vision, he has fallen many times and even broke his wrist once due to falling. For the past two years, his insurance has been giving us false hopes of them covering for his eye surgery. We have been providing everything they've asked for and just the other day, they gave us their final answer stating they will not cover due to his immigration status.
This is why we are reaching out to our friends and family for your help to gather the money needed for his surgery.
