Alford Storm Damage Relief

UPDATE: 
Tuesday, May 8th: Alison is living in a hotel with her children and paying out of pocket for this initial expense. Her car was broken into at the hotel resulting in a broken window that will be $400 to replace. Please help this family out if you can! 

On the afternoon of May 3rd, a severe rain storm with high winds blew into Kingwood dumping over 5 inches of rain in one  hour. As a result, a large tree uprooted itself and fell through the roof of Alison's home causing catastrophic damage. The tree damaged several rooms and several inches of water accumulated on the floor as a result causing extensive water damage. Alison teaches at Woodland Hills and is a single mother to four kids living at home. She has insurance coverage but the money raised here with be used to cover her deductible and  many expenses that are not covered by the insurance.
