Alfie Jack Brown tragically passed away in the early hours of the 1st July 2020, aged 23 years old, after having a cardiac arrest while playing football with his friends. He is very dearly missed by his family, friends and everyone who knew him. Everyone coming together to celebrate Alfie’s life over the past month has been truly remarkable and the impact that he has had on so many people is very clear. His family and close friends would like to thank everyone for their support and love during this time. We would like to continue this energy by setting up this fundraiser to commemorate 1 month since Alfie passed away.
We would like to raise money for multiple causes. Firstly to cover memorial costs including publishing Alfie’s novel which he had been working on for many years. Any leftover funds we would like to split between two charities which we are yet to decide on. One will be in relation to support for young people with heart conditions and their families and the other will be in support of young writers. Everyone who knew Alfie well will know how important writing was to him so we think this would be a lovely way to honour his memory. Any donation big or small will mean so much, thank you.
