Help get Alex home! (Medical Expenses)

On July 21st, 2021 at 7:30pm my bonus son, Alex Lindstrom, was involved in a horrible car accident.
He was riding with his best friend, Jacob, and they experienced car trouble on I-70 in Dayton, OH. They were stalled in the middle lane of the interstate, a tow truck swerved to miss them but unfortunately the van behind the tow truck didn't see them stalled and rear ended Jacob's vehicle which pushed them into the tow truck. Sadly, Jacob passed away at the scene and Alex was air lifted to a local hospital with severe injuries.
He is currently in the ICU, he has head trauma, a fracture pelvis and other less severe injuries.
He was in surgery for approximately 3 hours where they worked on his brain bleed and did a scull cap procedure to allow for the swelling of his brain. He will remain in a medically induced coma for several days to allow his brain time to begin to heal and the orthopedic specialist will access his pelvis.
Both of his parents are 14 hours away from him and will need financial assistance with medical bills as well as lost wages, travel, shelter and food expenses for the up coming weeks.
We have no idea where this trial in life will take us, but we do know with the love and support of family and friends and our faith we will deal with each day to the best of our ability!
