Yoga Teacher Training for my 40th

Im turning 40! WTF?

I still refuse to believe it. Well, for my 40th birthday I have decided that I want to do something that will make me happy and in turn will allow me to help others. I've decided to go out of my comfort zone and start my journey of becoming a certified yoga instructor by enrolling in the one week entensive Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training course by Amazing Yoga. I have chosen Amazing Yoga because as a long term goal I want to specialize in theraputic yoga for injury and healing with a concentration on family practice.

The founder of Amazing Yoga and the master teacher of this seminar, Sean Conley is an ex NFL player who after being repeatedly injured playing football was able to recover his body and mind after finding yoga. He believes yoga is an incredible way for all of us to practice healing ourselves physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I could not agree more.

The location of the training is the gorgeous Maya Tulum- a place of serenity and awe-inspiring beauty. With this blessing I will be able to recharge, practice yoga, eat mindfully, walk on the beach and swim in the warm waters of the Caribbean while I turn 40!!!
