Help us bring Alex’s things home!

Donation protected
As you all know it’s been almost a month since Alex was taken from us so violently. We have brung Alex home and laid her to rest. As we try to pick up the pieces of our lives without her, we still have the reality that we have to go to Colorado and clean out her house and garage, take care of cars and figure out how we all gonna get it all back here. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
With travel, u-haul, hotels, food, transporting vehicles and any another needs that may arise. Help us bring our girls things home. Also We want to thank you everyone for their kindness, generosity and understanding. We are so thankful to have each and every one of you in our life.
We miss you Alex, so very much!

We want to thank everyone for the kindness, love, and generosity during this time. We are truly blessed to have so many people that care. Thank you all. We still need to get Colorado and clean up Alex’s house and bring home the rest of her things. Any help we could get with travel, uhaul, hotel, food and anything else that pops up along the trip. Thank you.

I’m not entirely sure I can put how we are feeling into words. But I do want all of our friends and family to know that we appreciate everything you are doing. Knowing that you all are there is a blessing and a comfort. Somehow we will get through this. We will let everyone know when there will be a service for Alex. Until then, please keep us and Officer Peery and his family in your prayers. We love you all.

Last night the unthinkable happened. My best friends lost a family member in a horrible act of violence. Now my best friend’s family needs to be able to get to Colorado Springs to take care of the house and repairs. Anything you can do to help with travel, taking care of her house and repairs and so on would be greatly appreciated. To the family, she was just their baby girl. She was a shining light, she served in the Marines and had been honorably discharged, and she was months away from becoming a veterinarian technician. She had a love for any animal; it didn’t matter what kind. She always made time for her family. The family has asked for privacy during this challenging time but is asking for help. Thank you, The Mittig Family
