Alex howe

My little brother Alex has suffered a c 5, c6 spinal injury. He is currently paralysed from the chest down and in intensive care. He is stable but he has a long road of recovery and rehabilitation ahead of him. It is likely he will be in hospital and a spinal rehab unit for at least a year. He is currently in Leicester but is likely to go to a spinal unit in Stoke mandaville in Aylesbury.

I am am hoping to raise money to assist him and his family to cover travel expenses, parking , accommodation and also to help Alex pay any bills he has coming in whilst he is in hospital and to support his ongoing recovery.

Alex has already overcome a lot in his life as those that know him and his family will know . He has been training to become a councillor and He especially wanted to help people with drug and alcohol problems . He trained for many years and this year he finally started working as a councillor and volunteering at a cafe for vulnerable people. Now he has another battle on his hands when his life was just beginning again.
I am so proud of Alex’s achievements and know with everyone’s support he will win this new battle .
