Alaska-bound Women of Valor

Donation protected

The Valor family has been stepping out in faith for the past seven years based upon a specific call God placed on their lives to move to Wasilla, Alaska. The call from God isn't just for them to move but to shelter the homeless youth in Alaska. To help those who have experienced domestic abuse to find deliverance from their abusers and to help those who have been sex-trafficked to find their way to freedom.

These women of Valor wish to supply all who God leads to them a safe place to rest, to be restored, to break free from any shame or guilt they may feel; to find their way to inner-confidence, believing in themselves for the good that is to come (beauty from ashes) and to be taught skills that will lead to their ultimate independence.

Before these three women will be in a position to help others they need the help themselves. You see, these past seven years have been nothing short of harrowing and yet it's the stripping away of everything that has allowed them to become equipped to help others as the Lord is calling them to do.

They've experienced the stripping away of belongings, vehicle accidents brought about through no fault of their own, escape from their own abusive, past home-life situation, and homelessness. They've also learned how to rebuild, discover their giftedness and talents, come into their own as a family unit of the three brave, young women you see here.

However, finding freedom from abuse comes with costs, and rebuilding from homelessness is no easy feat!  However, their little can be multiplied when God sends you and me to help ease their burdens, lift them up, and set them upon the direct path He has been calling them to walk boldly upon.

Everyone has a calling upon their lives but not all of us have been called to be the missionary in the field as these women of Valor have been. That being said, we all can be a variation of a missionary as we partake in sending others out. We might not find ourselves on Alaskan soil but we can support these women within the ministry they'll be establishing there! We can multiply their current amount of little and make it more than enough for them to get their ministry up and running and underway!

I've asked for $800,000 dollars to be raised on behalf of these women of Valor; but, let's not get caught up in the large numbers, let's begin with the first step.

Our first goal is to reach between $5,000 and $8,000 dollars. Reliable transportation is a must and a 4x4 vehicle is necessary for South-Central Alaskan Winters.

Our next goal is to reach an additional $5,000 dollars for the 5-day sojourn across open ocean waters that these three women must take to reach Alaskan soil from Bellingham, WA.

Our third financial goal is a $40,000 dollar ask to purchase a used motorhome. This will be temporary housing for these women of Valor to live in until such time as enough monies are raised for them to purchase the property that will become the site for them to shelter the homeless youth in Alaska.

The fourth goal is one that will be on-going. It's an ask of $747,000 to be put towards the purchase of property/properties that will be utilized for the establishment of the ministry itself.  For the building of tiny houses, greenhouses, and the expansion of their ministry as it becomes a tangible reality.

I want you to take a look at these women of Valor. Pray for them, encourage them with the comments, and give to them freely so they may ultimately be brought into a position to give to others!

Your gifts have no limits. They will be expounded upon. God will multiply them to such an extent that an unlimited amount of people will be saved, in part, because you're choosing to save and rescue these three women now.

All monies received will be given straight away to these women of Valor. I am their friend, an advocate, a believer, and have decided to partner with them; standing with them in belief and faith for the things God is about to do through me and all of you.

You see, these three women have been uniquely equipped now to do all God has called them to do. "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves received from God" (2nd Corinthians 1:3).
