Aid for Adeline

Adeline is the Brand new daughter of Juan Gonzalez ASM here on Team Elevated at the OREM store. She was Born March 15th, 2018 quickly she began having respiratory issues and was put on oxygen immediately. At the same time during her time at the hospital it was discovered she has Down syndrome.

She is on oxygen to this day and is currently undergoing tests as she has developed signs of a heart murmur that may require surgery.

The goal is to help Juan and his family reach their annual insurance deductible so they can focus on Adeline's health and care without concern for finances.
