A story in need of your support, to keep a mother and her kids in the only home they’ve known!
I'm raising money for one of my employees, Angie Schwan, who is a dedicated 21-year DJO veteran supporting our Kaiser business throughout the country. As a valued DJO family member living in Minnesota, Angie is also a devoted single parent of two young school aged children in desperate need of our help!
In 2020 Angie and her kids were faced with a tragic event that caused severe water damage to their home, making it an unhealthy, uninhabitable environment. Throughout most of the year she and her kids have been staying in hotels, with family and friends when possible, while trying to get their home repaired during a frigid Minnesota winter!
After depleting her 401k and savings to cover the cost of insurance deductibles and living expenses, Angie hired what she thought was a reputable contractor who required a large down payment to complete the job. As unfortune followed, the contractor failed to complete the job, leaving she and her kids in a dire financial situation!
With the blessings many of us enjoy, Angie and her kids need our help with this extremely time sensitive request! Without immediate financial support there is an overwhelming chance Angie, and her kids will lose their family home to foreclosure in the next 2 weeks.
Requesting prayers, positive vibes, virtual hugs and donations to show Angie and her kids our support, just as she’s supported us for the last 21 years at DJO! The funds will be used to pay her mortgage current, finish repairs on the house and pay off payday loans Angie had to take to keep her family afloat.
