Contract fees

Recently my sister, Quenese Davis signed a contract to play her 8th year as a pro for a team in Romania, but due to our current family situation, mainly my fathers health, she has chosen to opt out of her contract. As a result, she is being required to repay $2,500 in agent and club fees.
