Kathleen Grinnell Memorial Fund

On June 10th, 2014 Kathleen Grinnell suffered from acute respiratory failure while alone in her home. By the time help arrived, she had been without oxygen for a long period of time. On June 14th, 2014 her family made the agonizing choice of removing her from life support and giving her back to God. She left behind 3 beautiful children, 4 grandchildren and a loving husband of 24 years.



As those who knew Kathleen and the light, love, strength and support she brought to those she cared for, struggle to make sense of how such a tragic event came to this wonderful family. We find ourselves wanting to help get them through these dark days, find the peace they deserve, and move forward.



This page is created to help bear the financial struggle the Grinnells will face. As some may be aware Kathleen lost her job of 27 years in December 2013. Already having to adjust to becoming a single income home, the family now reaches new hurdles with mounting medical bills, cost of services' , and other various costs that come with having to say goodbye to a loved one so unexpectedly. Let's come together as a community and give the Grinnell's all the love and support they have selflessly given to so many over the years, in an attempt to provide some sense of comfort during this unimaginably hard time!
