Thanking God for the life of my son and the DCFD! Marcus was awakened by the fireman shortly after midnight early Monday morning as the roof of the building next door was in flames. He scrambled to get dress and grab his roommates dog to make it down four flights of stairs. He lost practically everything he owned. Sadly, he did not have renters insurance to replace his losses. I have established this fund for my son to help him regain some peace of mind and all that he can as he searches for a new place to live.
