This year the Big Brother Mentor Program will be taking twenty-five mentees to Washington, D.C. to visit the African-American Smithsonian Museum. The reason for this trip is for these talented youth to gain knowledge of their past and comprehend why their privileges today are valuable. The program teaches the mentees how to be leaders, deal with difficult decisions, peer pressure and a multitude of core values. With your help we can afford airfare, lodging and activites. The Big Brother Mentor Program has mentored over 900 young men in twenty-three years.
