The Africa Doc

The Africa Doc is a short documentary about the lack of basic medical care in rural communities in Cameroon, Africa. We are partnering with Caring Hands Africa, a faith-based non-profit that provides medical clinics and education to those communities. In January 2020 a team of 3 will travel with the non-profit on their mission where the team will see first-hand the living conditions and how Caring Hands helps the local people we meet. In addition to the three crew members who will be traveling, the team consists of several other members who are helping with postproduction, social media, BTS, and as part of the creative team.  This project is equipped with a talented crew, but we can't do it on our own. A project of this magnitude means we are looking for a budget of $15,000. This $15,000 will cover expenses such as plane tickets, travel expenses such as housing and food, film expenses such as gear rentals and storage purchases, as well as film festival fees for us to share our experience with a wider audience.
