Africa Trip - Ethiopia & Uganda

Chris Kocurek will be traveling to Africa on a mission and service trip in both Ethiopia and Uganda. The first part of the trip will be the LAKOMENZA INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY (School Page ), where we'll be bringing school supplies, auditing the classes, and I'll get to teach a science class for a few days.
The second leg of the trip will take us to Uganda, to an orphanage, Eddy Reber Memorial House (Orphanage Link ). There is currently a famine/drought in Uganda, harvest time doesn't begin until June/July, so we will be arriving at the height of the toughest time. With the poor rains, last year poor crop, this year will continue to be very hard. (See Article )
On this part of the trip, we will be bringing (buying) food for the orphanage (about 20 people). The issue is food has about a 4X multiplier right now becuase of the drought.
So this goFundme page and donations will be used to buy school supplies and clothing (Ethiopia), and food and supplies (Uganda). We will also be driving through coffee country, so hoping to bring back some green beans.
