Alan's Medical Fund

Hello, my name is Alan Cupal.  I'm a single Dad of my daughter in college and Master of my two chocolate labs Bobo The Wonderdog  & MacDaddy.  I'm a strong, stubborn, and proud guy... but I need HELP immediately.  I was diagnosed with an ultra-rare cancer in April 2007 and spent 10 years working thru one life threatening critical cancer complication after another.  I just became healthy enough to start working again in the past couple of months only to be diagnosed with cancer (melanoma) a 2nd time last week.  My first appointment at the Melanoma Clinic is Dec 6.  I'm hoping that you can help me.  I have exhausted all of my personal financial resoursces over the last months because I haven't been able to work.  Now I'm faced with the prospect of not being able to work again because of required surgeries and other treatments like radiation, etc.  I hope you can understand my predicament and help me so that I can pay my expenses to live and to travel for treatment etc.  God Bless & Thank you for your consideration.  My situation is dire...
