Car Accident Revealed Bigger Health Concerns

Back in January I was walking to the store and was struck by a car in a crosswalk.
I’m currently working with physical therapy for my injuries but when the imaging was taken at the hospital the night of the accident they revealed multiple cysts in my body (lung and ovary) along with concerns with my intestines. I did not notice these in the 30+ page discharge papers until much later since they were unrelated to the accident no one mentioned them.
I am now in the extremely intense process of trying to find doctors, get referrals, schedule appointments and get treatment. (Doctors appointments start tomorrow! 3/29)
Between all the time spent going to therapy 3 times a week and the appointments to get referrals to take care of the new findings I have fallen behind in finances and am not making ends meet.
I managed to stay current with bills in January and February but I now am behind on electric and partially on rent, with payment plans set up on my phone bill.
Anything would help. I’ve got about $30 in my bank account just to cover any foreseen little expenses but otherwise I’m in a hole until some of this dust settles and I can get back to working.
