Trickett's Voice (SGD)

I have wanted to do something for some time to help my college friend Trickett who is fighting ALS.  I recently became aware that one of her fears is losing her voice.  I am hoping to help raise money so she can purchase a Speech Generating Device (SGD) vs getting it as a rental via Medicare which then blocks her from certain things such as internet or Bluetooth capability.  They also repossess the device when she goes into the hospital or hospice, thus no longer allowing her to communicate with her family.
