I have been in excruciating pain for sometime now. I had surgery on my left knee 40 years ago and since then I now have severe rheumatoid arthritis and have been recommended to have a total knee replacement. My life has been compromised and I want to live to my fullest. 
I was recently informed that I am responsible for co-pays for the surgeon, the hospital and the anesthesiologist . Unfortunately I do not have thousands of dollars socked away for a rainy day readily available . Where there is a will there is away and I have to have the surgery ...I feel it will change my life forever. I’ve tried millions of remedies and nothing seems to help to take the pain or discomfort away. Any help would be appreciated I would even make payment arrangements to pay you back . Thank you in advance from the bottom of my heart for any help I can receive . My surgery is scheduled at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Bridgeport Connecticut on January 30, 2018
Honestly I’m not usually the type of person to ask for help... I’m usually the one that gives it ...so this is not easy for me... this is difficult for me and I almost feel ashamed and embarrassed but I guess if I don’t reach out I’ll never know who could help at all .
