Help me get the medical care I need

Good day all! Well we are on day 4 after surgery. I still am suffering with severe pain and loss of range of motion. Surgery was not a success. I have spoken to my Dr. more than one concerning this. He stated that the symptoms I have can last 6 weeks as that's what the injected meds last. He said that the xray looks much different from the MRI. He seems to think that the bulging discs have ruptured or slipped. There for the injection was placed in the spinal canal and not the nerves. the second part ended up in the muscle and not the nerves. The excessive pain will start to go away when my body absorbs the fluid and begins to heal. This means he can not treat me further until I have an MRI done. Once he can see inside my back,neck,and hips he can make a decision on how to treat me or if I may need a spine specialists.
I had all my hopes pinned on this working. Not only do I have more pain than before I am deeply saddened at the same time.
So I am opening up the page again to try and raise the MRI fees. Doing it at the hospital is way too costly, I found a imaging center that will do the MRI, much cheaper. I have to have one with out contrast and one with.

I know so many who are having a hard time financially and I feel terrible for asking for financial help, however at this time unless I ask I won't be able to take care of myself and children.
Last August I finally found a doctor who would listen to my symptoms and actually do something to help me.I was diagnosed and suffer from spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, arthritis and fibromialgia. I lost my job and heath insurance in January of this year, I have been trying to get back to work since, however I am thinking employers are passing me by due to my looks. With spinal stenosis I lose feeling in my arms, chest, and legs. I have hold my head at odd angles and bunch up due to the pain, when I walk I have a odd stride due to the pain in my hips and lower back. Let's just say I'm prettier than schmegial from lord of the rings but we have a lot in common. At this time I can not sit, stand, walk or even drive much anymore. I am a prisoner to this disease.
I have had 7 surgeries so far and need 4 more, Let me explaine the processed. During the surgery I will be awake they will insert electronic wires into my back from the c3-l7 , they will then run electricity through the wires and effectively burn off the external nerves asking my spinal column. Then they will run me tubing into my spine and inject steroids and remove fluid from leaking discs that have either burst or are just under to much pressure.
Sounds horrific hu? Why would I want to do this? Have two children and am the god mother to two more, I love working and fishing. As awful as the treatment sounds it is nothing compared to the daily struggle and pain. Waking up screaming because the medicine has written off, not being able to talk on the phone because of the neck pain and then your arms fall asleep. I no longer have a life, I can't do normal mommy things heck I can't even get a call back from my interviews. This next two surgeries will make 90% of my symptoms and pain disappear. All I wasn't is to be normal again, work and provide for my family. I am asking to raise enough money to cover my two surgeries. My Dr is amazing and has cut the cost by 23rds. However because I am unemployed I can not afford even the lower cost. I am asking please help me get back my life and be able to be a person again, a mother, a friend, an employee who is good at her job.
